(this is not meant to minimize our struggles) most of our problems are both real, and , only in our heads. inside the head is often where things go wrong first. the mind is the final boss.

what good is a body if you are too depressed or anxious to use it? too in pain?
what good are your lungs if you cannot stop smoking or vaping?
what good is going to the gym everyday if you cannot control your food habits?
what good is the manicure if you cannot stop biting your nails?
what good is a holiday if getting on a plane makes your physical ill?
what good is education if your imposture syndrome means youstifle your own potential?
what good is your talent if your confidence is so low you cannot preform, even for yourself?
WHAT GOOD IS A FUTURE IF YOU CANNOT SEE IT?

these are all very problems, with very real, real life consquences and dilemmas. but they are also, only in your head. yes, these could be learned behaviours and stem from trauma. they are totally real protection measures, comforts, and at some point, served as very necessary coping mechanisms. if you are seeking hypnotherapy, it is likely that this is no longer the case.
